Payment

We accept payment via Credit Card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Clearpay (*please bottom of page for T&C's).  If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still opt to pay by card as a guest with secure payment. When going through checkout you will get to the 'payments' page. Click on the 'paypal' icon, which will direct you to paypal, and then choose the option to pay by card without opening an account. This is a secure payment option.

NB: Customers paying via Paypal eCheque will receive their items as soon as payment has cleared which may take a little longer than usual.

We try and keep our postage costs as low as possible and only cover what it costs us to send. Detailed below our the standard delivery charges. 

NB:  We currently deliver to England, Wales, Scotland & Isle of Man.  Outside of UK - Ireland & Europe only.

If you would like your order to be sent by Special Delivery - with a tracking number or any other service please contact us to arrange additional payment.

Your order will be delivered to the address specified when the order is completed. We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses.  For orders with items out of stock, we despatch the order as a complete order unless an item is going to take longer than 2 weeks to come in  (the second despatch will be sent at standard delivery rate).

I know from personal experience, there is an exciting anticipation in receiving goodies once you have placed an order. It is our aim, therefore, to ship orders as quickly as possible, most within the same day, and others, within 24hrs (monday - Friday)

Most personalised items take 2 - 5 working days to make & be shipped.  Other larger items such as Keepsake Boxes, Crates, Large Letters and other Personalised Bespoke items can take up to 5 - 10 working days to be shipped though they are usually despatched as quickly as 5 days.

Christmas time is a very busy time for us and handmade orders can take a little long to be dispatched (usually 10 working days).  Please contact us for any concerns 

Approximate delivery times are noted above but please note that we cannot guarantee these times.

Special orders, peak times (eg Christmas) Bank Holidays and adverse weather conditions may delay shipping / deliveries.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Industrial Action or Severe weather conditions within the Royal Mail or Courier Services.

NB: COURIERS USUALLY WILL TRY UP TO 3 ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER THE PARCEL.  IF THIS IS NOT RECEIVED IN THESE ATTEMPTS THE PARCEL WILL BE DELIVERED BACK TO US.  WE CANNOT TAKE AY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS.  WE CAN RE-SEND THE ORDER OUT BUT, WILL MOST LIKELY NEED TO CHARGE DELIVERY AGAIN.  REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE PUT THROUGH AT OUR DISCRETION (MINUS DELIVERY) ON MOST ITEMS (PERSONALISED, HANDMADE, BESPOKE ITEMS CANNOT BE REFUNDED)

With past Royal Mail / courier strikes, we do everything in our power to ensure your parcel arrives in our specified times by despatching our end in time.  However, we do not have any control over the post!  We go by Courier's stated delivery times and 'Last Delivery' times at certain seasons of the year (e.g. Christmas) and occasionally bring our cut off times forward so as to avoid any issues but, there may still be delays.
If you have not received your delivery in time, we cannot issue a refund based on this.  If you would like a refund, this can be done once the parcel has been received and sent back to us by yourself (excluding Personalised & Handmade Items).
If it looks like a parcel has been lost a refund can be given but Couriers are asking for delays to be taken into account before declaring as lost.  We will be in contact with them to start the proceedings before any refunds can be given.

We understand that this is frustrating, especially when you are looking forward to something arriving for a special occasion and, please be assured that we will do what we can for everything to run as smoothly as possible but, we cannot take any responsibility for any issues.

 Packaging

At Oopsy Daisies we believe in recycling so your item/s may not always arrive in a brand new box, however they will always arrive safetly and packaged to standard that keeps your items protected.

Returns

Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation.

If you not entirely satisfied with an item please return it (unused and suitable for re-sale) within 28 days of delivery and a full refund will be given once we have received the item/s.  Returns are to be posted to:

Please email us about your return and include the delivery note in with the package.
IMPORTANT: Please keep proof of return to make a claim if goods are lost or damaged in transit.  We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged parcels when being returned and refunds will not be issued until item/s are received.
We recommend using Royal Mail which can be done online or at your local Post Office.
We can also assist by sorting the postage label and emailing it to you - an invoice for the postage will be sent to you beforehand.

In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is unavailable you will be informed and given the option to change the order. If you do not wish to change the order, a refund will be given for the unavailable item/s.

(NB: Our stock amounts are linked to our till system.  Even though we try our best to keep out stock amounts accurate, this is not always possible and therefore it can state that something is in stock when it isn't.  If this happens, we will do our best to offer you something else as a suitable alternative or try and get the item into stock as soon as possible).

If any items arrive damaged you must inform us on the day they arrive and return them to us within 14 days of delivery. A full refund or replacement will be given for the damaged items.

Returns with a dispute of a fault are valid for exchange within 70 days of purchase.  After this time, it will be classed as wear & tear.

We do, however occasionally make mistakes and we will do what we can to put it right by hopefully being able to offer a few different options.  If this is the case and a refund is preferred, we will provide a postage label / QR code via email for the item/s to be returned to us.  Once we have proof of the item/s being returned, we can issue a full refund for you.  NB: Postage labels provided will have a time limit for drop off.  If for any reason the postage label provided has not been used, or you cannot get to drop it off in the time limit or there are any further issues, please let us know immediately so we can attempt to rectify the problem.  If not, any further postage will have to be arranged and funded by the customer.
